- We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions regarding product descriptions or pricing, even after an order has been submitted.
2. Payments & Order Validation
- We offer secure checkout options for our customers. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store.
- For orders under $15, a flat-rate shipping fee of $4.50 will automatically apply at checkout. Orders over $15 qualify for free delivery all over Lebanon.
3. Shipping & Third-Party Logistics
- Once your purchase is finalized, orders are packed within 1–2 business days and handled by our logistics partner, Sakr Express, for standard delivery within 3–5 business days.
- Delivery alerts and shipment updates will be sent directly to your phone number or WhatsApp account.
4. Returns, Replacements, and Defective Items
- In alignment with our official Return & Refund Policy, returns are accepted ONLY if you receive an incorrect item or if the item arrives broken or damaged.
- Due to the fragile nature of home decor items (glassware, mirrors, ceramics), damages must be reported to [email protected] within 48 hours of delivery with photographic proof to validate a free replacement or full refund.
5. Limitation of Liability
We take immense care in packing and shipping items safely, but we shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our products or services once delivered in good condition.
