1. Shipment Processing Time (Handling Time)
All orders are processed and packed within 1 to 2 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be slightly delayed. If there is a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you immediately via WhatsApp or phone.
2. Delivery Areas & Transit Times
We proudly deliver to all regions across Lebanon.
Once your package is handed over to our shipping partner, Sakr Express, the estimated delivery time is 3 to 5 business days. Please note that delivery times may vary slightly based on your specific location and road conditions.
3. Shipping Rates
We keep our shipping costs simple, predictable, and transparent:
- Orders under $15: A flat rate delivery fee of $4.50 will be applied at checkout.
- Orders above $15: Free Standard Shipping all over Lebanon.
4. Shipment Confirmation & Tracking
You will receive a notification via WhatsApp or phone once your order has been handed over to Sakr Express for delivery. If you need an update on your order status, please reach out to our customer support team with your order number.
5. Damages & Fragile Items
Due to the fragile nature of home decor items like glassware, ceramics, and mirrors, we take extra care in packing your orders securely. However, if your items arrive broken or damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at [email protected] with your order number and clear photos of the damage so we can arrange a replacement for you immediately.
